Phantom the Tomorrow Man Expl

"Phantom" the Tomorrow Man is a character created for the role-playing game, and is the time-traveling enemy of Kang the Conqueror. No one is sure of his real name, but he was dubbed the "Phantom" by Red Star when he was with the avengers, because of the Phantom's ability to phase through objects like a ghost and the blank expression usually on his face. The Phantom, was at one time a normal time traveller and explorer, who was interested in studying the evolutionary development of several cultures. Then he encounted Kang, who was bent on conquering those worlds. During their first encounter, Kang created a bi-directional warp in time. When the Phantom became trapped within it, it distorted his form and seperated part of his consciousness from his body, essentially creating two beings. The one usually encountered is the peaceful explorer form, and the other resembles an undead creature, which is considered to be the evil form.
